Please note: If purchasing items that include free shipping, this will not be taken into consideration when purchasing other items (its not me its the way the shipping works itself out!) for example, you purchase £15 of items with free shipping but add a further £12 of products to your trolley, although it is over £25 the free shipping will not kick in until that £12 has reached £25. If you find this is what you are experiencing, please use the 'Local Collection' option, so that you may receive your free shipping. Your order must me over £25 before shipping, otherwise unfortunately i will have to send you an invoice for the shipping cost, or refund your payment and cancel the order. It seems to be the only way it can be done, for now.
Delivery charges are set to a standard charge for UK customers at £3.25 if you spend under £25 or free if you spend over this amount. Some items advertised as free shipping will be free for UK customers only. Please also see above

Free shipping items unfortunately are not free for you, BUT contact us and we will deal with you via messages and may be able to offer you discounted shipping charges depending on weight of your order.
When receiving your products we usually use royal mail, but on occasion depending on size or weight of your order, we may use a courier service such as Hermes or UPS. Please check your package is in good condition before opening, and if it is not please take photos before unpacking your order. We insure your package and most of the time absorb some extra postage charges to make sure you receive your products in a good order. We pay this extra for your peace of mind, so please be aware to take photos!
We do our best to package your products as safely as possible so they may arrive to you how they left us.

Returns.
We will only accept returns for damaged/faulty items within a 14 day period from receipt of goods. We may ask for many details before the return can be confirmed. We will refund your items if we can see there is a fault. Items will be refunded on this confirmation once items have been returned to us in a well packed, safe condition as to not cause damage to the products in transit, at the buyers postage cost. We will not be liable for additional postage costs.
